In response to the pain points in the flexible printing, self-adhesive labels, and film color printing industries, a specialized modified silicone oil specifically for the printing industry has been officially launched. It provides a one-stop solution for the four major production problems of printing fraying, bubbles, ink bleeding, and roller adhesion.
During the printing process, ink stirring and high-speed coating are prone to generating a large amount of foam, resulting in pinholes and incomplete color patches on the printed surface; frictional static electricity of the film substrate can also cause uneven ink transfer. The printing silicone oil has multiple functions such as efficient defoaming, anti-static, and lubrication. With a small amount of addition, it can quickly eliminate ink foam and improve the yield of printed products.
As a coating agent for release paper, this silicone oil forms a uniform anti-adhesion layer on the paper surface. The labels can be easily torn off without any residue glue, suitable for food labels, courier labels, and anti-counterfeiting labels production. At the same time, the silicone oil improves the ink flowability, making the rubber rollers of high-speed printing machines less likely to stick to the ink, reducing the frequency of equipment shutdown and cleaning, and improving the factory's production capacity.
The product is compatible with both water-based and oil-based ink systems. It has low volatility and no odor, meeting the VOC environmental control requirements for packaging printing. Currently, many large color printing enterprises in East China and South China have purchased and used it in batches, reporting a 18% reduction in production losses and opening up a new market segment for traditional industrial coating agents.
