With the silicon oil vacuum coating model, the brightness of the car lamps will not decrease by less than 5% within the 10-year warranty period of the entire vehicle. The silicon oil coating also enhances the scratch resistance of the plastic base material of the lamp cover, and minor friction during transportation and washing will not cause scratches.
Industry research shows that the demand for vacuum coating silicon oil by domestic car lamp manufacturers will increase by 24% in 2026. The penetration rate of LED headlights in new energy vehicles has increased, further driving the demand for high-end optical-grade silicon oil. Domestic optical-specific IOTA silicon oil meets the vehicle-grade standards and breaks the monopoly of overseas materials, significantly reducing the manufacturing cost of car lamp components.
