Hehai University is a national key university directly under the Ministry of education with a history of one hundred years. 1. Professor:

(3) He has presided over many national teaching or scientific research projects.

2. Associate professor:
(1) At least two years working experience in high level universities or research institutions at home and abroad;
(2) He has obtained influential scientific research achievements in relevant research fields, and has published more than 5 papers in SCI journals as the first author (no less than 3 papers in more than 2 areas);
(3) Have the ability and level to take the corresponding post, and have the potential to become an academic leader.

3. Lecturer:

4. post doctoral teachers:
(1) Postdoctoral researchers who have obtained doctoral degree for less than 2 years, or who have left other postdoctoral mobile stations (workstations);
(2) In the past 5 years, he has published at least 1 paper in SCI journals as the first author in relevant fields;
(3) With strong independent scientific research ability and professionalism, able to complete the postdoctoral research work with due diligence.
