Process formula and conditions
Fabric: polyester, nylon knitted fabric
Dip rolling method:
Chemical fiber hydrophilic silicone oil 6159b: 30g / L
Process: dip rolling (one dip and one roll, rolling margin 75% - 85%) → setting (170 ℃, 80s) → moisture regain (20-30min) → comparison of hand feel and hydrophilicity.
The evaluation consists of more than three people in a group, and the tactile evaluation is the best at level 5.

It can be seen from table 5 that the hand feel of chemical fiber hydrophilic silicone oil 6159b is better than that of general hydrophilic silicone oil.
Put the finished fabric (after full moisture return) on the table, drop a drop of water 2cm above the cloth surface with buret, and start timing. When the water drops gradually change from reflective to non reflective watermark, stop timing, and measure 6 points to take the average value.

Although softener emulsion is compatible with most cationic and non-ionic additives, it is necessary to check its compatibility before mixing. The stability of emulsion will also be affected under extreme conditions.
