Process formula and conditions
Fabric: polyester, nylon knitted fabric
Dip rolling method:
Chemical fiber hydrophilic silicone oil 6159b: 30g / L
Process: dip rolling (one dip and one roll, rolling margin 75% - 85%) → setting (170 ℃, 80s) → moisture regain (20-30min) → comparison of hand feel and hydrophilicity.

Hydrophilicity test
Put the finished fabric (after full moisture return) on the table, drop a drop of water 2cm above the cloth surface with buret, and start timing. When the water drops gradually change from reflective to non reflective watermark, stop timing, and measure 6 points to take the average value.

Product precautions:

Pay attention to the use in the rolling groove: when there are many burrs, pay attention to the refueling and cleaning of the rolling groove.
This product is a weak cationic product. If coating, adhesive and other anionic products are used in the chemical tank, the re chemical material shall be cleaned.
Although softener emulsion is compatible with most cationic and non-ionic additives, it is necessary to check its compatibility before mixing. The stability of emulsion will also be affected under extreme conditions.
