3、 Activity arrangement
1. User registration. During the activity, the units that are interested in participating in the online recruitment fair log in "employment and entrepreneurship information of Hehai University (http://hhu.91job.org.cn/), select" unit login "on the home page to enter the enterprise login and registration interface, register users (if registered, the registered account can be used), and publish the recruitment demand.
2. Booth reservation. From now on to April 30, the participating recruitment units log in the "employment and entrepreneurship information network of Hehai University" (http://hhu.91job.org.cn/), enter the online activity area of this recruitment fair, reserve the booth, and confirm the demand for recruitment positions.
3. Resume review. After the recruitment requirements are released, the participating recruitment units shall log in the "employment and entrepreneurship information of Hehai University (http://hhu.91job.org.cn/) account in time every day to check and review the application resumes submitted by graduates.
4. Conduct interviews. After the successful login of the company, select "negotiation and interview hall" on the booth reservation page of the recruitment fair in the center of the company, and select the students who have delivered their resumes in the negotiation hall. You can view their resumes and initiate an interview invitation to the students. Fill in the invitation position, invitation time, confirm to send, students will receive SMS and email reminder. Students can click the link to open the QR code of the interview applet. Students can scan it with wechat and open the video interview applet. After the unit sends the interview invitation, all the information of the students to be interviewed can be seen in the interview hall, and the interview can be initiated at the scheduled time. After the interview, the unit will give the interview results in the background.
4、 Related description
There is no booth fee for this online recruitment fair.
In order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the students to be recruited, this activity rejects pyramid selling recruitment, false recruitment and entrusted recruitment, and the participating units shall strictly regulate the recruitment behavior. If the participating units disturb the recruitment order or violate the recruitment commitment, the organizer will include them in the blacklist of dishonest units and cancel their campus recruitment qualification; if the recruitment behavior of the participating units is suspected of violating laws and regulations, the organizer will investigate their responsibilities according to laws and regulations.
