01 enter the interview hall
On the job fair details page, the employer clicks "interview hall".
If the employer fails to log in, the system will jump to the login page of the company, enter the user name (Social Credit Code or full name of the company) and login password of the company as prompted, and enter the "negotiation and interview hall" after login.
02 negotiation Hall
2.1 view resume
After entering the negotiation hall, the company can click the list of different candidates to view the resume and download the resume. If the candidate delivers the attached resume, you need to download it and open it for viewing.
2.2 online negotiation
The company sends chat content (expression, text, picture), and talks with students online. There is no limit to the number of talks.
2.3 interview invitation
The company is satisfied with the student's resume, or has a high degree of recognition in the negotiation. You can directly click the interview invitation button, enter the time and date of the interview in the interview invitation pop-up window, and click send.
2.4 status mark
In the negotiation and exchange, users can be marked as qualified, eliminated and other states, and it is supported to select fewer job seekers who have submitted resumes through the state.
03 interview hall
3.1 interview queue of the day
Click the interview hall to view the interview queue of the day, click the student user to view their online resume or attachment resume, and check whether the user is online or can make video call.
3.2 initiate interview
When the students are online, click "start interview", the system starts to call the students waiting for the interview and wait for them to answer the interview call.
3.3 close the interview and mark the status
After the interview is connected, the employer and the students have video communication. If the communication is interrupted accidentally (for example, the interview is interrupted by the phone call), the video interview can be launched again.
After the interview, the employer shall mark the interview results (suitable, unsuitable, to be determined, etc.) and click "end interview".
The employer can click other online waiting students to conduct video interview in the order of interview queue.
