Ethyl silicone oil is a mixture of polymers with the chemical formula of its basic linear structure

The characteristics of ethyl silicone oil include complete compatibility with mineral oil and synthetic oil, excellent lubrication performance, low gel point (below -70°C) and inertness to structural and functional materials (metals, alloys, plastics, polymers, rubber, etc.). Ethyl silicone oils are colorless, odorless and chemically inert. They are soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbons, but insoluble in low-grade alcohols and water. Ethyl silicone oil is non-toxic and explosion-proof.

Ethyl silicone oil IOTA2056 PES is widely used in hydraulic systems (cooling and power fluids), instruments (lubricating oils), and is also used as a low-temperature oil base. These fluids ensure the stable operation of instruments and machinery in extremely cold areas. The good dielectric properties of ethyl silicone oil make it an instrument fluid in electrical machinery. They can be used in a temperature range from -70°C to 150°C.

In the chemical and petrochemical industries:
As a basic component of cord fabrics in the tire industry, for fiber reinforcement and improved tire quality;
Mold release agent and modifier in molding materials, glass fiber reinforced plastics;
Anti-dust additive in pigment manufacturing;
Heat transfer agent operating at 150-200°C in open systems and 180-250°C in closed systems;
Base for mold release emulsions in compounding rubber plants;
Plasticizer in the manufacture of rubber products;
Base for universal greases.

In the cosmetics sector:
As an additive in cream bases, lipsticks and mascaras

In the aviation and automotive industries
Shock absorber fluids, liquid greases, shock absorber bases, heat transfer agents
