Glass fiber/epoxy resin, GF/EP composite materials are prepared with different PSOL-GO content. The microstructure and strengthening mechanism of epoxy composites were analyzed by observing morphology, measuring contact Angle, infrared analysis, mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). The experimental results show that PSOL-GO@GF/EP composites have the best mechanical properties when PSOL-GO ratio is 1:0.1. Compared with pure GF/EP composites, the interlayer shear strength of modified GF/EP composites is increased by 13.19%. Its bending strength increased by 33.12%; Its tensile strength increased by 35.32%; Its impact strength increased by 16.95%. The glass transition temperature (Tg) of GF/EP composites was increased by 7.1℃ by adding PSOL-GO with 1:0.1 ratio, and the heat resistance of GF/EP composites was improved. The epoxy resin with the introduction of PSOL-GO nano-filler has better wettability to glass fiber, and can fill the gap of pure GF/EP composite itself to enhance the performance of the composite
