In recent years, some scholars have introduced nano-sio2 into foamed concrete and adjusted the proportion of nano-sio2 to improve the dry density, water absorption, compressive strength, thermal conductivity and microscopic pore size structure of foamed concrete, so that the thermal insulation and mechanical properties of foamed concrete have been improved by cross-border layer.
The researchers' results show that: When different proportions of nano-sio2 are added (2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%), the dry density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity are enhanced. When the mass proportion of nano-sio2 is 10%, the dry density of the benchmark sample is increased by 7.2%, and the compressive strength is 80.6% higher than that of the benchmark sample. The thermal conductivity is 0.88W/(M·K), indicating that the performance of foamed concrete is enhanced with the gradual increase of nano-sio2 blending ratio under the condition of limited experimental design proportion. 10% content is the largest, and the corresponding improvement of foam concrete performance is also the largest. It is observed by electron microscope that with the increase of nano-sio2 content, the pore size is refined and the distribution is more uniform, which can improve the thermal insulation and mechanical properties of foamed concrete.
