The 18th Session of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Issuance Review Committee for 2019 will be held on November 28, 2019. At the 188th meeting, the relevant proposed spin-off application has been reviewed and approved. As of the date of the announcement, the final offer size, offer price and other details regarding the proposed spin-off have not yet been finalized.
