The automation and high-speed production in the rubber and plastic industry are continuously advancing. In the granulation process, silicone oil acts as an efficient lubricant, promoting the uniform dispersion of inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate, glass fiber, and carbon black in the resin, avoiding powder agglomeration and blockage, reducing the processing torque of the extruder, reducing energy consumption, and extending the service life of the screw.
The thin layer of silicone that migrates and precipitates on the surface of the finished plastic parts gives plastic products excellent smoothness, wear resistance, and water repellency. Household appliance shells, plastic storage boxes, and plastic toys are less likely to attract fingerprints and oil stains. Through formula control, special plastic silicone oil can achieve appropriate migration without damaging the printing, painting, and bonding properties of the plastic surface, avoiding common problems caused by ordinary lubricants such as coating detachment. Outdoor plastic pipes and landscape plastic products add weather-resistant modified silicone oil to enhance the resistance to ultraviolet rays and delay plastic aging and cracking.
