Behind the cells was a water-cooling baffle, and in front was a battery frame, achieving physical isolation of the cells to ensure that each cell was in an independent space. The advantage of this design is that if a cell undergoes thermal failure, it will not cause a chain reaction; it will only affect a single battery and not other batteries.
Feiyan Battery has also passed the UL 2580 standard certification in the United States, further demonstrating its safety. Coupled with measures such as initiating maximum power cooling during the preheating period of thermal runaway, precisely designed pressure relief channels, and 7×24-hour remote monitoring based on big data, the Feiyan battery pack can achieve real-time monitoring and prevent problems before they occur.
