High-hydrogen silicone oil: A type of polysiloxane with a relatively high hydrogen content, featuring a molecular structure with a large number of active Si-H bonds (silicon-hydrogen bonds). Its core characteristic is high reactivity, allowing it to undergo cross-linking or addition reactions with other functional groups (such as hydroxyl groups, vinyl groups, etc.) through Si-H bonds. It is widely used in the field of material modification. 
Materialized indicators 
The most important indicators of hydrogen-containing silicone oil are acid value, volatile matter and hydrogen content. The higher the hydrogen content, the stronger the crosslinking reaction activity. 
Application fields 
Waterproofing agent. By means of the non-polar molecules of the silicon-oxygen bond (Si-O) and methyl (-CH₃) in hydrogen-containing silicone oil, it repels water. Under the action of a catalyst, it cross-links at low temperatures to form a dense film and firmly adheres to the surface of the substrate through chemical bonds, achieving highly efficient and long-lasting waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and multi-functional enhancement effects. It can be used in building materials and substrates, fabric finishing, powder materials, etc. 
Sulfurizing agent. In the formula of sulfurizing agents, high-hydrogen silicone oil is generally added in an amount of 10% to 20%. 
Liquid silicone rubber. Under the catalysis of Pt catalyst, it can be used as a crosslinking agent for addition-type liquid silicone rubber. The addition amount of high-hydrogen silicone oil in the liquid rubber is about 2%. 
Modified magnesium oxide powder. According to different uses, it is mainly divided into electrical grade and refractory grade. Among them, refractory grade magnesium oxide powder does not require moisture-proofing, while the preparation process of electrical grade magnesium oxide powder needs to add hydrogen-containing silicone oil as a moisture-proofing agent. 
Modified silicone oil. As a key raw material, it is synthesized through hydrosilylation reactions to produce polyether-modified silicone oil, alkyl-modified silicone oil, epoxy-modified silicone oil, etc., which are used in foam stabilizers, fabric finishing agents, etc. 
Lubricants and mold release agents: They are used in rubber and plastic bearings and gears to reduce wear; in mold processing, they facilitate the removal of products, enhancing efficiency. They are also applied in various fields such as rubber product manufacturing, paper and glass fiber processing, and ink production.
