The main performance characteristics of aerogel insulation felt insulation materials: 
Thermal insulation: The long-term operating temperature can reach 650℃. The thermal insulation effect is 3 to 5 times that of traditional materials, achieving high efficiency and energy conservation. 
2. Durable heat resistance: The unique nano three-dimensional network structure offers excellent high-temperature stability, preventing the deformation and accumulation of traditional materials due to vibration and the sharp decline in insulation performance.

The application of nano aerogel blankets in the refrigeration and freezing fields: 
Outstanding thermal insulation performance: As a new type of thermal insulation material, aerogel felt has excellent thermal insulation performance. When the test temperature is 25℃, its thermal conductivity is 0.018 w/m·k; at low temperatures, when the test temperature is -25℃, its thermal conductivity is only 0.015 w/m·k; while polyurethane (PU) has a thermal conductivity of 0.026 w/m·k at a test temperature of -25℃. Compared with VIP vacuum insulation panels, the dynamic thermal insulation effect of aerogel insulation materials is more outstanding and they can be recycled. Therefore, at low temperatures, to achieve the same thermal insulation effect, aerogel thermal insulation felt can use a thinner insulation thickness than polyurethane (PU).

3. Excellent water resistance: The overall lotus leaf-like hydrophobic effect, with a hydrophobic rate of ≥99.6%, and outstanding overall waterproof performance. 
4. Excellent compressive, tensile and crack resistance: With superior physical properties, it can withstand rough construction and internal stress caused by alternating cold and heat. It will not sink or deform over long-term use. It is lightweight, easy to disassemble, has a short construction period, good air tightness and high space utilization. 
5. High-quality eco-friendly products: Aerogel insulation felt has stable chemical properties. During use, no harmful substances are released, nor will it decompose or mold. It has excellent corrosion resistance. In the production process, no harmful gases are produced. The production process also embodies the concept of environmental protection.
