On April 25, the second training of "acceleration class" of Tianhong University Tianhong Group Management Cadre echelon construction project officially opened in Nanjing Tianhong Banqiao automobile park. Yao Bei, deputy secretary of the Party committee of suhao holding group, Wu Baohai, Secretary of the Party committee of the Business School of Hehai University, Zhang Changzheng, deputy dean of the Business School of Hehai University, members of the leading group of Tianhong Group and relevant teachers of the business school attended the opening ceremony, 49 managers from Tianhong Group headquarters and its business units attended the training. The training is organized by the MBA center of Hehai University.
Li Jinfeng, deputy secretary of the Party committee and general manager of Tianhong Group, mobilized all the students for the opening of the class. He hoped that they would strengthen their learning and improve their skills in this "accelerated class", and strive to grow into high-quality compound talents with strategic vision, management thinking and innovation ability as soon as possible.
Wu Baohai, Secretary of the Party committee of the school of business of Hehai University, made a speech, reviewed the achievements made since Hehai University and suhao holding group established the school enterprise cooperation relationship, and put forward the hope of establishing lifelong learning objectives, integrating theory with practice, and actively giving advice and suggestions to Tianhong "acceleration class" students.

At the end of the ceremony, Yao Bei, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the holding group, gave the flag to the "accelerated class" and put forward specific expectations to the students of Tianhong Group.
Since Hehai University and suhao Holding Group signed the strategic framework agreement and established suhao Cadre College (Party School) in 2016, our university and suhao holding group have opened a new chapter of cooperation, jointly held several training courses and received good training feedback, which also laid a solid foundation for the successful opening of the training of Tianhong group, a subsidiary of suhao group.
The opening of the "acceleration class" (phase II class) of Tianhong Group's management cadre echelon construction project not only means the sublimation of the friendship between Hehai University Business School and suhao and Tianhong Group, but also fully demonstrates the innovation of the open school running mode of Hehai University Business School. In the future, our college will continue to rely on the strong discipline foundation support of our college, take international certification as the quality assurance, comprehensively guarantee the training effect through deep communication with enterprises, and focus on the behavior change and ability improvement of trainees brought by the training results.
