1、 Plan ahead and deploy carefully to ensure the smooth progress of online teaching
After the outbreak of the epidemic, the college immediately studied and deployed various teaching work plans during the extension of the school opening period, focused on the teaching matters of the graduation class and the freshman class, cancelled the original plan of freshman on-site registration, and formulated the notice of Hehai University on adjusting the registration and teaching arrangements for the continuing education of Freshmen with higher academic qualifications in 2020 》, notice on face-to-face teaching and graduation design (Thesis) of 2018 level students of higher education of Hohai University, notice on teaching arrangement during epidemic prevention and control of 2019 level students of higher education of Hohai University, notice on network learning during epidemic prevention and control of 2020 level new students of higher education of Hohai University, etc. Because the work plan is early and the arrangement is early, the preparation time for each teaching adjustment is gained.
After the deployment, the teaching department and the teaching teachers discuss the specific implementation plan of online teaching: using Tencent live platform, the teachers teach the graduating class of 2018 remotely, and the class teachers of all grades supervise and answer questions online, achieving good results. Graduation thesis (Design) and graduation assignment implementation online guidance: in order to strengthen graduation design guidance, each guidance teacher has established graduation design group "wechat group". It is strictly prohibited to give guidance in person before the end of the epidemic, and the schedule shall be implemented as planned.

2019 and 2020 students use the network teaching space platform of Hehai University for online learning. In order to ensure the smooth progress of online learning, the Ministry of education technology has stepped up the early data deployment of the new online learning platform, including online teaching plan, teaching resources, teacher information, student information, etc. After careful deployment and concerted efforts, the normal development of the teaching work of the three grades of continuing education for academic qualifications has been guaranteed.
2、 Attach importance to ideological and political education, integrate resources and improve the effect of online learning
Following the high importance attached by the faculty to the study of students' Ideological and political courses, excellent course resources such as the basic principles of Marxism, the introduction to Mao Zedong Thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the situation and policy have been put on line preferentially. It is required that students of 2019 and 2020 must study online and learn about online resource learning in real time (see Figure 2). At the same time, in the case of resource shortage, actively explore a new mode of resource sharing, and enrich the resource base of our hospital by using this part of excellent resources.
In order to ensure the effect of online learning and improve the quality of teaching, teachers are required to design online teaching activities carefully according to the characteristics of online teaching, make plans for organizing students' learning, take various effective ways to arouse students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivate students' good learning habits, encourage teachers to carry out teaching reform experiments such as flipped classroom, actively explore and constantly improve the effect of online teaching The attendance rate of students is higher than that of face-to-face teaching (the average attendance rate of online courses is about 85%, as shown in Figure 3), so that "there is no discount for teaching progress, teaching quality and learning effect of students".

3、 Based on students, actively communicate and strengthen learning support services
The college adopts various ways to help students get familiar with the online learning process as soon as possible. The Ministry of teaching and academic affairs and the Ministry of education and technology jointly elaborate the "user's Manual of the comprehensive management platform of the College of distance and continuing education of Hehai University (Student Version)", and hang the manual in the eye-catching position on the home page of the learning platform for students to download and view. In addition, the college also provides hotline, QQ and other contact information, Answer students' problems in online learning, so that students can get a better learning experience. At the same time, the head teacher of each grade answers questions online in real time, alleviates students' learning anxiety, and tries to deal with students' urgent affairs. In consideration of the "contradiction between work and study", in order to cooperate with the students' spare time study, the teachers and head teachers of each class sacrifice their personal rest time and often use the evening and weekend to answer the students' online class questions.
In the special period, facing the reality, the college carefully studied and judged, changed "danger" as opportunity and "pressure" as driving force through work optimization and model innovation, took multiple measures to ensure that the continuing education for academic qualifications did not drop during the epidemic prevention and control period, and actively promoted the high-quality development of continuing education.
