As for graduation, I actually had a bit of hindsight. At that time, I started to take my own students after I saw off the "1 + 3" counselor. At that time, I was just a senior. Although I have worked as a student cadre, I am still unfamiliar with my work. I have to devote a lot of time and experience to the study of student management. For me, who has the dual identities of teacher and student, on the one hand, I dare not let go of my studies, on the other hand, I can't relax my work. I remember the December of my senior year, which was the closest to collapse, has impressed me so far.
