TOMBO: Yeah. But when to play in the middle of this year, I don't know. And now the school has not started, many members of the team have not returned to school, nor started training, I am very anxious. It's an unsuccessful attempt to cooperate with Shaye. Last April, the team started to pay less than expected. The last month, the team members spent their own money to eat. Even in this situation, we still insist on finishing the whole season and finally relegation. It's not easy for the players. If the conditions are not so hard, we'll have a better result. We also wanted to stay in China B this year, but we were dragged by the back pay. The school did not have equity funds to end, and ultimately failed. We don't want to play China B for money, we want to make this work and do it for a long time. My idea is whether we can solve the capital problem through the advertising fee and the Alumni Association of Hehai University in the form of foundation and equity transfer, so as to form a virtuous circle and make sustainable support for our team, but in general, it is very difficult. Peipei: why do you want your team to play in the championship and second place?
Tang Bo: football is a traditional project of Hehai University. It has been a good achievement in the past. We want to create brand effect for Hehai University. At the same time, it is also to create a platform for children to have a professional football to play, to learn and to learn, to improve the level of players at the same time, to help them complete their dream of playing professional football, so that they can really realize the two legged walking, which is the core purpose. And also want to prove: college is not the end of athletes' career, it can also be a starting point. Now Song Yue of Nantong Zhiyun is my student. At the same time, we have trained many graduate students in these years, including 8 teachers in Colleges and universities, Southeast, Nanlin, Nannong, Nanhang, Jiangsu University We train these students to influence more children playing football in their own universities.
Peipei: will Jiang Zhimo come this year? Please comment on his advantages and disadvantages. Is he likely to become a professional in the future? It's said that there's a Chinese Super League team who won't sign him in 60 years.
Tommo: try to get him over here. He has a wide range of activities, but he lacks the sense of vacancy. He's very flexible on the court. His insertion is his characteristic. Good physical fitness, smart, strong ability to advance. To become a professional player, it's also necessary to wait until he graduated, but he should be a graduate student. If he had wanted to play a career, he would not have returned to school.
Peipei: what about Yuan Zheng?
Tang Bo: Yuan Zheng has gone to Portugal. Affected by the epidemic, it's hard to say whether he can play well when he comes back. In fact, if he wants to become a professional player, he can wait for an opportunity in Suning at the beginning.
Peipei: why is Chen Liang so powerful? I saw him save more than ten penalties on the spot.
Tommo: This is his original characteristic. Penalty is more about the psychological game between the goalkeeper and the striker. He can predict which side his opponent will kick by seven or eighty percent.
Peipei: as a coach of Hehai University, the football majors you recruit mainly depend on the quality of the players. And you tell us about our school at present.
Tang Bo: first of all, the players are very important. Secondly, physical talent. Then there's tactical execution. Of course, character is also very important, such as self-discipline. Ronaldinho has such a good talent. If he has some self-discipline, it will surely last for a long time. Of course, we want to recruit good players. This "good" is a multi angle and comprehensive consideration. Technology has basically been finalized and can only be changed with more tactical discipline. Some players are in good physical condition and can run well, but their brains are not good. That must be the upper limit of their development.
Peipei: how many players can he Hai University recruit every year?
Tang Bo: up to 11, and every university is the same. Mainly depends on the quality. Some players are useless to recruit. If the quality is not enough, they prefer not to recruit fully.
Peipei: How did the players come to our school?
Tommo: there are many ways. We will go to see players. We have high school training and games. We have our own. There are also video materials, videos and so on. But at present, there are few good players, and good players want to go to 985 universities, such as Peking University, Tsinghua University, Beihang University and China Agriculture University. Oh, there are many universities in Shanghai. Hehai University is actually a very good school, but there is still a gap with these schools. Before we went to a high school football training camp, none of the players we picked came. Many excellent campus football schools, they are to let good players to fight Peking University, Tsinghua University.
Peipei: you also came to youth training today. What do you think is the focus of China youth training?
Tang Bo: first of all, leaders attach importance to it. But the main thing is a real coach, willing to spend time, the most important is the coach. Are there 100 primary schools like Drum Tower One Center in China? There are more than 20000 football characteristic schools now, but there are too few schools reaching this level. We don't have so many good coaches, so many good players. Moreover, exam oriented education is a big problem, which can not be ignored in the middle school entrance examination and the college entrance examination. We had 15 places in that year. We could go straight up. Primary school entrance examination junior high school, two examination to 160, equivalent to 80 each, can go up. In fact, it's not difficult. It's really simple for these kids who play football well. These kids who play football well can't be stupid and have poor results.
Peipei: what's your opinion about the professional echelon?
Tang Bo: we were professional teams at that time. We had normal classes in the morning and training in the afternoon, but they were all real learning. Now, the professional team basically gave up learning. Ordinary schools, in turn, only focus on learning. This is not the right way to educate people. Now I take undergraduates to PE class. The students of Hehai University are very good. The scores of college entrance examination are very high, but people are numb. Many of them don't even have stress reaction. If you throw a stone at him, he will not hide and will not react. Competition relay run, won't celebrate, not happy, lost won't be depressed, lost. No energy! Abnormal! This has a lot to do with our education. This kind of education mode is hard to change, but it really can't cultivate top talents. The education function of physical education has been ignored. You see, people who engage in sports seldom commit suicide. They have experienced setbacks on the field since they were young. Peipei: what's your idea about the overall structure of campus football?
Tang Bo: Hehai University is also part of campus football. But our players can also play in the middle, good players can also play in the second or even higher level. My idea is: a university, such as our Hehai University, radiates four senior high schools, four senior high schools radiate eight junior high schools, and junior high schools radiate many primary schools like Gulou first center. This was also proposed by Jin Zhiyang. We have to look at football from the perspective of human training, in fact, few children can become professional players. We can't professionalize too early, and we can't all play professional football. However, the difficulty of Hehai University is that we have no affiliated middle school or affiliated primary school. It's very difficult for us to drive this area from our point of view. It's very difficult for me to achieve this. It needs leadership and support from all aspects.
Peipei: what do you think is the lack of youth training in China? What do you think is worth learning from our youth coach.
Tommy: we are looking at children today. They are more obedient. You ask them to practice. They are willing to practice. If you have any conflict with him, just make fun of him. Junior high school, youth rebellious, it's very difficult to manage, children's ideas will change a lot, you call him practice, he doesn't want to. What should I do? Parents take him out to eat delicious food, he raised his hand and said: I don't eat! At this stage, how to correctly guide and deal with problems? We don't value it very much. We should. My daughter used to play badminton. Once I was in a hurry, I scolded her a few words, and then she never played again. I will also make this kind of mistake. I know that children need to be encouraged when they encounter setbacks, but when you are in mood, you can't control it. I recently watched the dance training of Japanese youth football training, which is very useful for the coordination of players and the whole body muscles. There is also a higher degree of specialization. In fact, some children's running postures are problematic. Our football coach is certainly not as professional as the sprint coach. We need to ask the professional coach to come here occasionally to specifically correct the running postures of the players.
Peipei: what do you think of youth training as a university teacher?
Tommo: the children we are training don't mean that all children want to be professional players. They should enter university, go to university, can broaden their horizons, the road of life will certainly become wider. Football can go out to work, enter all walks of life and become the elite in all fields. However, they have received such training and education, which will benefit him for life, and they will definitely not leave football. After they become talents, they will bring more people in their own industry to participate in football, to back feed the football industry. Rich money, powerful efforts, professional players, back to coach, with youth training, so as to form a virtuous circle. At present, we are divided. Those who study do not play football and those who play football do not learn. If you want to play football, you can only bet. This shouldn't be gambling.
Peipei: what role can football play in education?
Tommo: the health benefits of football are obvious. Football is more about brain than body. On the field, first you have to observe, you have to see, then make decisions, how to do, is to pass? Is it? Turn around? Shooting? What kind of technology? Foot type? You have to make your choice in an instant, because the situation on the field is constantly changing. A good kid can't be stupid. But at present, the problem of our school is that our junior and senior high schools won't let our children kick. Parents are afraid of affecting their study. This is a wrong idea, but it's hard to change this idea.
