Die cutting quality of self-adhesive material is related to many factors

In the die cutting process, we should grasp the following basic principles:
① Do not use die-cutting plate die-cutting film materials that have been die-cutting paper materials, because the blade has been worn and is not suitable for die-cutting film materials.

① Because the adhesive material is supported by the backing paper, the stiffness is large and the size stability is good; while the film stiffness is small and the size stability is poor, so it is necessary to control the film tension well when printing, which requires a large adjustment range of the press tension control system. When the tension is too small, the film is prone to transverse wrinkles and inaccurate overprinting in the printing process; when the tension is too large, it will lead to the stretch deformation of the roll, and the imprint will not be smooth, and even the roll will be broken, which will affect the smooth printing process.
② The absorption of ink on the film surface is poor. Before printing, the film surface should be treated first, such as corona treatment, surface coating treatment and other printing methods.
