When the tension is too small, the film is prone to transverse wrinkles and inaccurate overprinting in the printing process; when the tension is too large, it will lead to the stretch deformation of the roll, and the imprint will not be smooth, and even the roll will be broken, which will affect the smooth printing process.
② The absorption of ink on the film surface is poor. Before printing, the film surface should be treated first, such as corona treatment, surface coating treatment and other printing methods.
