For novel coronavirus infection prevention and control period graduates employment work, to meet the needs of employers, and to promote graduates to achieve high-quality employment, Sichuan University and Wuhan University and Hohai University will hold the three school joint 2020 spring water network recruitment fair in April 20, 2020. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1、 Activity time
Job fair time: 09:00-17:00, Monday, April 20
Note: during the holding of the recruitment fair, the company and the students have centralized online communication (the company needs to keep online), and the employer arranges its own time to use the platform for video interview
Registration time: from now to 17:00 on April 17
Time for students to submit their resumes: after the employer officially enters, they can receive the resumes of the candidates until the end of the double election.

Employer registration:
1. Visit [Employer registration website] (computer side) and click to register for the meeting. Log in the account. Enterprises without Zhilian account need to register first. Registration steps: click [register now] on the login page to enter the enterprise registration page, use the mobile phone number to verify the information, fill in the information, click "register now", enter the RD background for personal qualification review and unit qualification review, and start the experience after the review.
2. Select enterprise login > register to attend the meeting, fill in the required enterprise qualification, publish the related brief, publish the position, and confirm the registration information to complete the registration.
This air double election will be provided by the school in conjunction with Zhilian recruitment. No charge will be charged to the employer. The employer will use a number of recruitment services including video interview free of charge during the service period.
Employer's participation method:
1. The company's PC side attended the meeting. The audit will be carried out by the school, and the units that intend to recruit and whose job quality matches with the three schools and maintain good school enterprise cooperation relationship with the three schools will be given priority. After approval, click enter enterprise background in the double selection meeting to publish the position in the foreground interface management, and view the submitted resume in the candidate list.
2. On the day of the recruitment fair, the PC terminal enters the recruitment fair hall → login → enter the student hall, where you can view the resumes of all registered sessions and interact with each other. On the opening day, you can initiate text / video communication for the students who have already delivered / registered for the session. For more talent needs, click "invitation interview" in advance to enter the talent hall for invitation. After the invitation is approved, the interview can be conducted. After the video is hung up, the company will give the interview results "qualified" or "unqualified" and relevant notes for subsequent review.
Methods of student participation:
1. Visit [student registration and delivery address] and log in the account. (mobile and computer access is supported, it is recommended to download the recruitment app of Zhilian, and Google browser is recommended for the computer). If there is no Zhilian account, it is necessary to first [register and submit resume], and students with Zhilian account are advised to [fill in a resume].
2. After successful login, sign up for the meeting, fill in school information, select resume, and fill in application intention. Browse the enterprise recruitment information [delivery], after the opening of the activity, you can receive the text / video communication prompts initiated by the enterprise, you can actively initiate [online communication] and appointment [video interview], the computer end and the mobile phone end can make an appointment with the employer for video interview, Wait for the employer to launch a video interview. In case of a video interview, in order to enhance the smoothness of the interview, it is recommended to download and use the Zhilian app to receive the video interview. If the enterprise is not online, it will receive a message prompt.
5、 Precautions
1. The recruitment platform of Zhilian is adopted in this double election, free of booth fee, which needs to be reviewed by the school.
2. The approved enterprises can display the booths and online the positions on the campus double election page
3. Students can fill in and submit their resume online (it is recommended that students register in advance and fill in their resume to improve the pass rate of resume and interview)
4. Enterprises can release positions and collect resumes before April 20, but only from 09:00-17:00 on April 20 can they communicate with students online and conduct video interviews. Students can view the position information of the registered enterprises and send their resumes before April 20, but only at 09:00-17:00 on April 20 can they have online communication and video interview with the enterprises.

6. During the recruitment process, false information, pyramid selling information, discriminatory words and other information shall not appear, and once found, their participation qualification shall be cancelled.
