According to the official reply of the academic degree Office of the State Council, the Department of Journalism and communication of School of public management of Hehai University has officially enrolled a master's degree in journalism and communication since 2020.
The master of Journalism and communication science of Hehai University began to recruit students as early as 2006. During this period, it has been recruiting students from the direction of communication science, the second level discipline of Journalism and communication science, and the first level discipline master of Journalism and communication science. So far, it has nearly 20 years of school running history. It is the only first level discipline awarding authority unit of Journalism and communication science of subordinate universities in Jiangsu Province except Nanjing University.
